Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the "Inside D" app (the "app"), offered by the operator of Inside D, based in Sweden (contact: felix@inside-d.com). Full operator details will be added once the operating company has been incorporated.

By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

The app provides information on field hockey leagues free of charge: fixtures, results, standings, line-ups and push notifications. The data comes from publicly accessible official sources of the leagues and federations.

There is no entitlement to availability, completeness or continuation of the service. We may change, extend or discontinue features at any time.

3. No warranty for data content

The match data displayed (results, standings, fixtures, line-ups) is taken from official sources by automated means and may contain errors, delays or gaps. Only the official publications of the respective leagues and federations are authoritative. The app is not an official service of any league or federation.

4. Rights to content

Club names, club logos and federation marks are the property of the respective clubs and federations and are used solely for identification in the context of sports reporting. The app design, source code and the "Inside D" brand are protected by copyright.

5. Permitted use

The app is intended for private, non-commercial use. In particular, the following are not permitted:

6. Liability

The app is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or from errors in the displayed data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. The current version is always available in the app under "More → Terms of Use". Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
